you don't want to clean up your recovery file and also recovery drive to avoid that so I'm gonna choose C and here you can see that this cleanup is calculating how many files they can actually clean up and this may take a few moments okay now once it finished calculating

how much time it would take you to clean up these files and calculating how many garbage files you have on your computer. it's going to bring you to the disk cleanup window. here in this section that says, files to delete you can see downloaded Program Files, temporary Internet files, offline web pages, and recycle bin you can add all these to the things

you want to clean up I'm gonna add a recycle bin to that also and if you look here it tells you in how much information is stored in your recycle bin then once you hit okay you going to be able to delete those files and then you will see the window where

so as you can see here I have an mp4 file which is a video file here

and I want to convert this mp4 file to mp3 file

let's see in the properties this is an mp4 file .mp4 as you can see

so open your VLC media player you can download it for free from its website and

then just go to media and go to convert save

and in here you need to choose your file which you want to convert so our file name is mp4 so choose the destination where you have saved your mp4 file

and choose the file and click open now click this convert save button in here and in here you need to give the destination and the name of your file so just browse for the destination wherever you want to save this file new mp3 file I mean

 

so, for example, I want to save my file alongside my mp4 file now here it's important to give a name of your file, for example, I will name this file as mp3then you need to give the extension of your file also which is mp3

so don't forget to give this extra extension otherwise you will face difficulties so just give the name of your file and then give the extension mp3 and just click save

and now you need to go to this set settings section here and you need to choose this last option called audio -mp3 just choose this audio mp3 and then you need to just start converting your video as you can see I have created thismp3 file here and this mp3 file I can just right click and open it with VLC media player once again

so click on next now click on website link now enter your YouTube channel link here so I will open the new tab and I will paste my YouTube channel URL so now copy this URL page go here and paste here and click on sir now click on finish after completing this now in search bar type YouTube tab and such select first one and click on user now

so now click on install application now select your pet if you have more than one page for connecting the YouTube with the Facebook page so I will select attack house and click on add a page tab now wait for 5 seconds now enter your YouTube channel ID

here to go to your YouTube channel path and copy from here it's your YouTube channel ID not copy youtube.com and a channel only copy this area and go here

now remove the official Facebook and paste here and here there are some more options you can try like feature video ID link header image to and also you can select header image file so after customizing the setting click on save settings

when you going to try any word to justify and  clicking on justify tab but it is not working

so how do fix this problem

 

so the easy thing is for fix it

firstly select this paragraph one paragraph or two paragraph as your choice.

then select the text and then click on the home tab then go to find future

and then click on advanced find

here just you need to type cap upper gap I don't know where exactly call this option the option is available on six number six in keyboard just hold the shift key and first this one so this symbol will appear and then plus P step P okay

so this symbol I and P and now keep your cursor here replace with box keeps your cursor and simply click on replies all and now click on no and close this and now try to justify and boom -it is very good at now it is easily justified okay

so first thing you have to do open any MS Office program, I mean ms word, powerpoint or excel

for example, if you  will open MS Word

then go to file tab and click on the options tab

and click on a save tab so

here you will see "save auto recovery information every" 10 minute

you set the one or two minutes as your choice

so now if your document crash so this option will be useful for you

and after that click on OK.
